A: Subscriptions allow you to receive your favourite product(s) once a month, or more, on a regular schedule & at a discounted price. With a one-time purchase you're able to purchase as much or as little as you'd like at one time.

Q: How do I create an account?

A: Click on the account icon in the home page banner and click "create account" at the bottom of the login page. Enter your first, last name, email address and password. Then click "Create"! You will be sent a verification email to the address provided. Follow the prompts in this email. 

Q: How do I update my personal information?

A: You can update your personal information through your personal LOVE account. 

Q: I forgot my login information. Help!
A: From the login page, under the email and password fields, click "Forgot Password". An email will be sent to the email address associated with your account and from there you will follow the prompts to rest your password. 

Q: I ordered a subscription, but can't sign into my account. Help!
A: In order to access your subscriptions, you must create an account with the exact email address that is associated with your order. To create an account, please see the question above "How do I create my account".
